You will play a key role within the Power Grids Business Marketing and Sales team. Reporting to the Local Business Unit Manager, you will support Business results by overseeing all steps in the product, system or service life cycle including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of Grids and Power Quality Solutions in Chile.
Managing both the launch of new Grids and Power Quality Solutions, and the life cycle from phase-in to phase-out.
Collaborating with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing plans, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives.
Driving profitability and life cycle of Grids and Power Quality Solutions by defining pricing guidelines and market position.
Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to fulfill customer orders, while tracking and analyzing Grids and Power Quality Solutions performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability.
Working closely with Research & Development (R&D) to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new Grids and Power Quality Solutions.
Providing technical and commercial support to the wider Sales team in critical or special negotiations.
Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales team.

A Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration or related.
More than 5 years of experience in Electrical / Electronical field, working as Product Manager with Substations.
Solid knowledge of Substations and the Electrical / Electronic market.
Demonstrated experience in product and / or service marketing and sales strategy.
Knowledge and experience of accounting, market development, profit & loss analysis and marketing intelligence.
Advanced English level.
