This position plays a crucial role in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition (TAA) Strategy for the Americas at Maersk. This position will bring the best talent to support our business growth and transformations by partnering with HR leads and hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs, business, products, services, culture for specific markets to set agile recruitment strategies and processes.

We are creating key role from scratch. You will get the opportunity to bring new ideas and drive changes from the very beginning.

Key responsibilities- Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with Maersk people strategies.

  • Engage in business development activities to drive proactive staffing plan.- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts, talent requirements and recruiting priorities and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner- Strongly collaborate with the rest of the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Team for the Americas to deliver the right level of service to diverse areas and brands.
  • Lead and perform strategic sourcing and research activities, such as targeted sector and competitor mapping, to identify and build the talent network.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting and selection process gaining in-depth knowledge of the job specifications qualifications, experience, skills and competencies to be successful in position- Execute diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles.
  • Collaborate with university recruiting teams to participate in campus events. career days and info sessions at select universities.
  • Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance.LI-POSTWe are looking for- Strong full stack recruitment expertise from sourcing, nurturing, closing talent to stakeholder management and delivery,- A hunting mindset and the ability to find those hard to find, niche skill sets and converting them into robust talent pipelines- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.- Written and oral English proficiency required.
