Owns control and efficiency of Reduced Revenue, Sales Promotion and Merchandising Budgets. Create, support and develop a strong trade marketing team to generate BOLD ideas to deliver country commitmens Co-

Leads the Demand creation team partnering with Marketintg's Brand Managers. Own the sales planning process by effectively communicate all brands strategies to the sales team so they can create the best CBPs.

Responsible for execution of activation of Clorox strategies that deliver financial objectives and superior in-store presence for all categories / brands sold in-

country. Owns serving as the voice of the customer for new item initiatives, the AMPS objectives and priorities and the resources necessary to achieve the objectives Leads merchandising services across Chile Key Responsibilities 1.

Leads trade marketing team to support and develop a strong team to generate BOLD ideas to support business commitments, and controls budgets.

2. Leads Sales Planning Process + Define channel strategies + AmpS Tracking. Ensure that the sales team creates the best Customer Business Plans (CBPs) to achieve our targets by creating the channel strategies (partnering with Marketing), supporting the CBP Process and leading the AmpS tracking results to effectively track priorities so that targets are obtained.

3. Owns AmpS Definition. Trade marketing defines AmpS frameworks and with the sales director defines the priorities for each year.

4. Grow Clorox's categories focusing in A&S.; Manages the CAS team to continuously identify opportunities in Assortment and Shelving for our brands and categories 5.

Owns RR TM and Sales Promotion budget. Controls total Trade Spending budget 6. Leads merchandising service & budget to drive AmpS execution.

Leads and manages the relationship with the 3P Merchandising team, defining working processes and service levels by customers Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required 8 years of experience in sales in key roles as a sales leader and in planning customer / brand strategic pipeline and plans delivering strong company results with excellence in execution Must have experience as KAS, Account Manager or Sales Planning / Brand Manager in CPG companies.

Must know about customers (planning, market and conditions), how to develop strong strategical plans partnering with Marketing, and to drive the sales team to execute them.

Strong leadership and communication skills to partner with sales and marketing Need to also influence sales team to deliver strong POS results with excellence in execution (above commitments).

Education Level / Degree : Civil industrial engineer or Commercial Engineer Required Education Bachelor's Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent More about Sales Our high-
