We are looking for a talented Enterprise Alliances Sales Manager to join our team

The Enterprise Alliances Sales Manager is responsible for building and sustaining productive business relationships with partners who either resell the Sovos compliance software or provide referrals that deliver incremental new business.

This will be accomplished by developing and executing a comprehensive partner engagement plan.

The Work You'll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by selling with and selling through regional advisory / accounting firms and systems integrators across Latin America.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation plan by joining forces with strategic partners.
  • Nurture and strengthen working relationships with, and revenue contributions from, the existing partner base.
  • Leveraging primary & secondary market research data, develop and execute new strategies for expanding market reach and improving market share through new alliances.
  • Actively engage with existing & new partners to enhance awareness of and preferences for Sovos’ Global Tax Compliance solutions, including VAT determination, VAT reporting, e-invoicing and e-receipts.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against the agreed KPIs.
  • Educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key alliances objectives across Latin America.
  • Work closely with and model the way for the other Global Alliance Sales team members by demonstrating unrivaled desire and commitment to deliver tangible new revenue / growth.
  • Act with utmost integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters involving key stakeholders.
  • What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing or business development
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
  • Successful track record of selling to or partnering with large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives
  • Experience selling SaaS solution preferred
  • Self-motivated team player who has a strong drive to exceed goals
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade events and special project
