At Bird, we’re on a mission to make cities more livable by reducing traffic and carbon emissions with an affordable, convenient, and eco-
friendly transportation option. We planted roots in Los Angeles, California. Now, our fleet of electric scooters are available to riders in cities around the world for short trips or the last mile of their journey.
In our first year, Bird launched in over 100 cities and provided over 10 million rides. And we’re only just getting started.
Our City Operations team is tasked with ensuring Birds are maintained and repaired quickly to a high standard. As an Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for the health and performance of vehicles in your city, and the management and implementation of a broad array of projects in a Bird service center.
You will be a key member of the local city operations team dedicated to providing riders with industry leading service. This role directly impacts our relationships with local stakeholders and influencers as well as the millions of riders who rely on our service.
