  • Pacifico will be key to unlock the growth of our main brands in PACIFICO (Chile, Peru & Bolivia) : Tang, Clight, Royal and Philadelphia! Its purpose is to develop and execute the strategy for short and medium term regarding communication and innovation based on consumer needs! Also will be able to lead and deliver in a stand-
  • alone mode and inspire others, internal and external stakeholders.Will also be responsible for the region PnL and work together with the local sales team in order to meet revenue expectations.

    Main Responsibilities - Execute and implement the Brand Strategy ( Innovation Funnel & Communication Campaigns). - Understand and identify white spaces across portfolio to take advantage of Price pack architecture.

  • Analyze and propose pricing strategies where needed to improve margins and re-invest - Analyze and propose portfolio improvements to increase brand efficiency and focus.
  • Follow up media sufficiency across PACIFICO in order to suggest the best way to invest. - Analyze and use information to identify business opportunities : Nielsen, distribution, drop size, margins, channel mix.
  • Identify and understand market trends (key drivers volume, target, channels, moods, etc). - Lead and positively influence market and regional teams, creative and Media agencies.
  • Follow up to Digital platforms among PACIFICO to improve investments and increase differentiation.QualificationsAcademic knowledge -
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. - Academic background in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration and other relevant degrees.

    Work experience - At least 3 years of experience in Marketing ( Ideal food consumer companies and regional roles) in similar roles.

  • Proven experience in multi-functional leadership, branding, trade and channels knowledge. - Experience in product Launching / Innovation process from the idea to execution -
  • P&L; management. - Media investment understandingAbilities - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. - Flexibility to operate in a continuous changing business environment.
