Mondelez International is looking for : Junior Key Account Manager National Accounts I Description Negotiate and implement the organization's sales strategy in order to develp and grow national accounts in the Modern Trade in Chile in the short and long term.
Main Responsibilities 1. Ensure strategic negotiations and solid business relations with National Accounts that allow permanent growth in such accounts.
2. Execute flawless sales strategy with the customers, as well as special events developed with Marketing and Category Planning.
3. Plan and develop of Join Business Plan with customers ensuring : sales, volume, profitability and execution. 4. Ensure IBP forecast of products for national accounts is accurate.
5. Analyze Sell-out & Sell-In information, that enable action plans that allow growth in sales and market share with the customer.
6. Ensure Talent Management Cycle execution for the Key Account Executive under his / her structure.
Academic Knowledge Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Working Knowledge 1. Strong Sales background 2. At least 3 -
5 years experience in Sales or Trade Marketing 3. Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders across the company.
4. Experience in negotation with Chilean Customers 5. Intermediate English, preferred
