To perform the role of the Associate Director, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery. To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service.
Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Working with Directors to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects
Knowledge management Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
Process improvement Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes referring ides to the appropriate line manager
Quality Control Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed
Ensuring the project stays on time and within budget
Taking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients
Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities
Attending relevant networking event and other promotional opportunities
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products and hence improve the service provided to clients
Service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment
Strong relationships are developed with clients and cross-functional team members
The team is effectively led (where appropriate) within the context of delivering a specific commission
General line management responsibilities (where appropriate) are effectively discharged
Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified and acted upon
Margin levels and monthly fee / resource forecasts are kept track of on all commissions
Key information and data is effectively cascaded and appropriately retained
Ideally graduate degree in a relevant discipline for construction project management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management of real estate projects.
Professionally qualified in one of the following fields : construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
Good industry and market knowledge
Ability to strategically plan and execute projects and Lead a team
Excellent track record winning work and building teams.
Good written and reporting skills.
