This position forms part of Evalueserve Chile’s Professional Services division and is within a multicultural, supportive, and dynamic team of analysts that provides direct business research support and end-to-end research solutions to clients across different industries, and globally.
The candidate will support business research in English. Late shift schedule for this position is 12 pm to 10 pm. If you love working in dynamic teams, providing top-notch quality services to your clients, and bringing new ideas to the table, we want to talk to you.

The Senior Business Analyst will assist clients in preparing research reports and solutions. The role focuses on providing answers to specific business questions and data collection exercises by creating insightful deliverables primarily in short time frames.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Collecting data through secondary research in English
Profiling companies, products and executives across a large variety of geographies and sectors
Collecting industry and macroeconomic statistics, financial data points and ratios, trends analysis, best practices and case studies
Scoping research needs and defining the best methodology / approach to answer queries on a variety of subjects
Evaluating data quality and accuracy, and developing a deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases and sources
Preparing presentations from research data in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Participating and contributing actively in team discussions on project-specific areas
Engaging in operational communications with clients to understand their research requirements, propose approaches, and manage their expectations
Ensure Quality Assurance on client deliverable, reviewing the adherence to methodology, language and format of deliverable prepared any other team members.
Daily coordination and Workflow management and project allocation based on assessment of project pipeline, analysts availability, skillset and aspiration and communication with client and overseas counterpart on team bandwidth.
Redaction of analysis reports summarizing key findings and providing contextual perspective to client ask through the creation of insightful presentations and reports.
Knowledge dissemination with colleagues through mentoring and training as well as the creation of case studies and project summaries to elevate the team delivery and value add.
What you bring to the role :
Professional degree in commercial engineering, business administration, international business, finance, accounting or equivalent, or any degree related to Technology, Media or Telecommunications, as well as the following skills :
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong analytical skills to deal with complex research assignments
Can do attitude and ability to take initiative
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Strong time management and project management skills
Ability to work independently and with other team members

We'd love to see :
Any knowledge on the Technology, Media or Telecommunications sectors is a plus
Familiarity with financial terminology and business analysis framework is welcomed
Prior experience in market research with databases is well received (for example, Factiva, Capital IQ, Eikon, GlobalData)
