Position Title : SalesManager, A&C
As the Sales Manager you will beresponsible for increasing sales revenues and expanding market share in maincustomers, being accountable for executing the required plans to ensureachievement of strategic objectives relating to distribution, pricing andrevenue goals.
The primary functional duty is theresponsibility of interfacing with customers to assess product needs andsolicit sales orders You must also field customer inquiries regarding products,pricing, and availability, regularly conduct field visits in order to develop arelationship with key customers, better comprehend the local businessenvironment, acquire a first-hand understanding of customer capabilities andmonitor the competitive product offering available within the local markets.
Beyond nourishing and advancing business relationships with existing customers,you will oversee identifying prospective customers and cultivating emergingbusiness opportunities in an effort to broaden and deepen the distributionreach.
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
The ultimate objective is to increase sales and profitability ofbusiness to drive sustainable growth.
Manages a team of Key Account Managers and a Planner, taking responsibilityof a full larger customer portfolio.
Responsible for negotiations within commercial strategy parameters.
Plans with the overall vision and long-term strategy, analysis andinsight to the business, this shall include strategic planning, implementationand evaluation over portfolio strategy.
Sales forecasting by customer and SKU’s.
Responsible for compliance with the margins of the company.
Control commercial discounts, coop advertising, price discount andspecial programs to ensure the Plan.
Control expenses related to her / his team.
Supervises POS and coordinate the actions to take with BrandActivation and Digital.
Pre-Sales and Post-Sales process.
Contact established customers to solicit orders.
Recommend products to customers, based on customer's specificneeds and perceived market opportunities.
Responsible for analyzing sales data to identify customerperformance and optimize sales opportunities.
Answer questions about products, prices, availability and creditterms.
Meet with customers to demonstrate and explain product featuresand attributes.
Identify prospective new customers.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to providedelivery information and coordinate the scheduling of sales orders tocustomers.
Collaborate with the Product Development to provide deliveryinformation in order to recommend new products and opportunity size.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Support collection efforts in the event of payment delinquency.
Monitor the execution of planned advertising and promotionalprograms.
Provide monthly financial and business review to ensure plan is ontrack and within budget. #LI-MF1
University degree or above in related discipline.
Solid experience as a Sales expert working in the consumermarket, with demonstrated strategic aptitude combined with exceptional tacticalskills.
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting andselling consumer products, possessing an intimate understanding of consumerdynamics and keen business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure / meet deadlinesand consolidated negotiation and influence skills.
Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish andEnglish
Excellent MS Office Skills, with good understanding of dataanalysis and forecasting methods and a keen appreciation for managing details.
