CTS is well suited to serve clients anywhere they do business.This role is a senior position within TTS LATAM Technology to manage some of the Regional Receivables products to support the Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) businesses.
This position will report to the TTS LATAM Account Services, Liquidity & Receivables Technology Head. Based on new business, market or compliance needs, Local or Regional TTS Businesses submit requirements that involve the creation or changes in regional or global technical solutions and business / operational process. Main responsibilities
Analyze Business Requirements and assist end-users in clearly articulating all aspects of their requirements
Fully understand customer’s needs in order to write functional specifications to provide them possible solutions in the committed dates
Design solutions within the committed timeframes that are cost / time / complexity effective. Always keep simple to balance complexity against time to market
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team
Maintain relationships and working closely with Business, Operations & Technology partners, and communicating expectations / deliverables
Help development team through the design and development phases
Execute Regional Certification before implementing the solution in the countries
Coordinate Country UAT providing support during this phase and verify that the activities are finished on time according the project plan
Roll-out Regional Cash products to the 21 Latin American countries based on the plan agreed with Regional Business
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure product’s readiness for launch and that all of the support processes and resources are in place within Customer Services, Operations, Helpdesk, Training, Implementation, etc
The role requires ability to work on a range of concurrent activities
Effectively negotiate with their peers in order to accomplish assigned goals
Publish weekly status of each project under your responsibility to all the involved areas
Apply and comply with CITMP policies and procedures
Specifications / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MBA preferred;
Project Management Professional Certification a plus;
Candidate will most likely have 8+ years of project management experience in a technical environment;
100% Spanish and English Proficiency (Portuguese a plus);
Knowledge : should be comfortable working on technology projects
Strong analysis / problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with people of varying backgrounds, roles and points of view
Able to plan / organize time to meet deadlines
Flexibility, and the ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities and requirements, is essential.
Project Management experience with the ability to interact and work effectively with multiple areas.
This person should have the ability to multi-task and support multiple projects simultaneously
Needs to be well organized and have a very structured approach to managing tasks and problems
Ability to respond under pressure to many demands
Programming skills are not required, but basic knowledge of SQL, DB2 or Oracle would be an advantage
Knowledge of Cash Management is desirable
