The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers in the target market.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Your roles and responsibilities include :

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings
  • Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have prior experience selling either in the Recruitment / Staffing Industry or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Solid outbound Sales experience, with excellent account management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs is preferred.
  • You also possess good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
