Will be responsible for collaborating with the team in managing data collection, retrieval, and analysis within the organization.

His or her main responsibility will be to transform data into information that can help improve business value and support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities :

Obtain data from various sources, including information from the company, the industry, field reports, public or acquired information for the analysis and understanding of the situation in order to identify solutions that allow us to generate competitive advantages.

Help in the development and management of business intelligence solutions associated with the needs of the organization.

Analyze needs, requirements and business processes in order to provide recommendations for the management team or the different areas of the company for their implementation.

Identify development needs in order to streamline and improve the organization's operations efficiently and profitably.

Prepare reports and analyses through digital tools for the various areas of the company.

Guide, recommend and advise effective and efficient solutions.

Requirements :

Engineer in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or Commercial

Minimum 2 years of experience in the area

Desirable to come from the telecommunications, logistics, mass consumption or related sectors

Advanced English desirable

The position will be based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra with a hybrid scheme (Office / Work from Home).

Required skills and knowledge :

Advanced Excel

Analytical thinking and ability to manage databases and interpret numerical information

Analytical and problem solving skills

Counseling ability to align expectations and needs
