The Account Assistantwill be responsible for assisting with all aspects of coordinating projects through the extremely busy account management.
The role will own production timelines and maintain tough deadlines, all while keeping our high-quality control standards.
This individual will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities from ongoing projects simultaneously.
Oversee and facilitate procurement, production and execution of servicesfor client jobs and projects
Work closely with, and at the direction of, the Production Manager(s) and Account Manager
Manage account workflow and project scheduling
Oversee data entry of job orders and specifications into the proprietary order management system
Run reports for the production team and the client
Create informative report documents for both internal and external resources, including comparative charts, quotation information, and production updates
Ensure predefined procedures are followed
Manage issues that arise and follow the escalation process to solve issues
1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
Procurement and ProjectManagement software proficient
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to multitask required
Must be hard-working,enthusiastic, and a fast learner
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
