Your opportunity :

We are looking for a Senior Trainer & HR Associate to join our team based in Chile to support Evalueserve’s local and global talent development efforts.

This role will require you to constantly connect with different teams and leaders in the organization to identify learning needs;

develop and deliver competence-based soft and functional skills trainings, as well as coordinate with multiple stakeholders for addressing domain specific skills in different areas.

This role will also give you the opportunity to collaborate in some strategic human resources initiatives as part of Evalueserve’s Global Talent Development and Talent Engagement teams.

We'll trust you to :

Be knowledgeable about talent development initiatives and competence-based learning frameworks

Excel at verbal communication and public spekaing skills in English

Regularly deliver short-duration trainings in English to a global audience

Connect with operations and human resources leadership in order to understand and act on learning needs highlighted across the organization

Support with the coordination of internal and external learning initiatives, including those associated with Franquicia SENCE in Chile

Execute internal projects independently and responsibly aligned with the organization’s talent strategy

What you bring to the role :

Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, human resources, psychology, education, or similar

2+ years of relevant experience in talent development, workshop facilitating and / or training delivery

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Strong public speaking skills and

Problem solving oriented with logical thinking, organizational skills and a strategic view

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

We'd love to see :

Creative problem solving and strong time managemnet and organization skills

Willingness to continue learning and developing in talent management

Experience with live and remote training delivery with capacity to build strong rapport with training participants

Tech-savvyness and willingness to learn about different technical tools to address training and talent management challenges
