Minimum qualifications : + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.+ 5 years of experience in an analytical role in banking, consulting, business strategy or related field.

  • 2 years of experience in manipulating data sets using SQL or other programming / scripting languages.+ Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications : + Experience with marketing technology / analytics.+ Experience helping advertisers modernize their measurement capabilities and integrate their various data sources which is often complex and disjointed.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Implementation / Configuration of Measurement, Web Analytics or Attribution Strategy including : Data-Driven Attribution / Non-Last Click Attribution, Cross-Device Measurement, Conversion Tracking, Geo-Experiments, Incrementality / Lift, Online-to-Offline measurement, Offline Data Import and implementing advanced Google Analytics features.
  • Experience with leading third-party measurement, site analytics (e.g., Adobe, Omniture), CRM, and data systems.Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all.
  • Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

    Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

    You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

    Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.The Analytics and Insights team for the andean region works with the largest and most strategic advertisers in Chile, Colombia, Peru and Central America in order to support them in the achievement of their business goals through providing world calibre analysis based on data to support improved decision making.

    Equipped with deep knowledge of the industry, of marketing strategies and measurement solutions both Google and third party, the Analytics and Insights team is a close partner of front line sales teams.

    They support the achievement of business priorities by offering consulting to clients, providing insightful analysis that uncovers opportunities and drive innovation.

  • Work with Account Management and Account Executives to identify strategic business opportunities based on Data. + Quantify high impact opportunities with clear performance and budget recommendations and pitch to clients when applicable.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven sales recommendations that align with client marketing objectives for selected customer portfolio.
  • Give ad hoc optimization recommendations and product support to selected strategic clients in the Andean Region. Collaborate with vertical and agency teams to educate and train selected clients and agencies on how to architect and optimize measurement strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Account Management and Sales Operations to support the development and the testing of tools, templates and frameworks to streamline and scale client analyses for the local market.
