Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

  • Ensure consistent adidas product data and descriptions across E-Commerce accounts and assure product data and descriptions are always up to date and match the adidas quality requirements
  • Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate New Item Setup (NIS) process and data management
  • Support PDP setup leveraging global Digital Partner Commerce best practices and tools
  • Ensure effective input and publishing of all relevant product data across the adidas customer landscape
  • Manage development, implementation, and maintenance of sustainable processes around product data and customer interface
  • Build and leverage strategic partnerships with product owners, marketing and sales operations teams, and customer sales teams to develop and maintain strategic account plans
  • Support the regional team in country data sourcing and management
  • Leverage data and reports to improve overall online business and influence other stakeholders to take facts-based decisions
  • Work with Regional DPC business analytics to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across the region
  • Input account specific insights to regional DPC Business analytics

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • University degree in the field of Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 4+ years of professional experience, 2+years in E-Commerce
  • Ideally experience in E-Commerce product description page design and management
  • Sportswear industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in working in cross-functional environments coordinating a diverse stakeholder set with different backgrounds and motivations
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and ability to convince people of proposed way of action
  • Innovative mindset and results oriented hands-on-keyboard attitude
  • Very good understanding of digital customer journey and online product presentation best practices
  • Basic technical knowledge of E-Commerce front-end and on-site search mechanics
  • Understanding of retailer's operational processes and metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English, both verbally and written
