Main Tasks

The main objective of this role is to deliver Marel Software services and projects to Marel’s customer

Configuration and deployment of Marel Software in Level 1 projects according to documented specification

Provides user training for customers and internal training for Marel employees

Assist with in-house activities related to Marel Software projects server pre-builds and project support in both level 1 and 2 projects

Accountable for providing a well-documented Level 1 solution to the customer

Support Level 2 project teams

Provide Level 1 support to technical issues, internally as well as for customers

Focus on software connections in L1 L2 projects

Creates knowledge base articles both for new configurations and for solving known issues

Provide on-site delivery of services to customers for running Marel Software systems, including add-ons, modifications, maintenance and upgrades

Provide services to fulfil scheduled Service Level Agreement tasks

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

5-7 years’ experience configuring and deploying Marel Software device connectors

Knowledge of SQL server

Knowledge and prove experience in scripting

Technical education on device control, machine learning, machine set up

Strong English skills, both written and verbal

Ability to travel abroad (up to 30%)

Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
