The SMB GTM specialist will be responsible for establishing strategies and execution of initiatives to increase adoption of Amazon Web Services in the rapidly growing SMB market.
This includes but is not restricted to developing relevant customer offers, plays, and points of entries as well as customer and partner programs across Latin America.
These initiatives will enable SMBs to accelerate their journey to the cloud. The scope of the role includes defining the go-to-market in this space by identifying the market opportunity and current customer challenges, curation of existing initiatives across Amazon, building relevant offers to SMBs in Latin America, developing new initiatives to fill any gaps, and driving field enablement to drive success of these initiatives.
In this role, you will be working on challenging problems that need creative solutions. You should be comfortable building process, challenging assumptions.
These projects need to be delivered while cultivating a high degree of ownership in the resolution of market and operational issues.
You must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and dive deep, and a passion for technology.
This role requires the development of relationships with a wide group of stakeholders across the organization.
A strong candidate will have deep knowledge and experience with driving success with technology companies in the SMB space, with a mix of strategy and execution skills.
They will be able to drive a strategic vision, play an integral role in determining strategy, resources, features, schedules, and process for cross-organization projects.
They will operate with significant autonomy, and demonstrate creativity and judgement when confronted with complex issues.
They will have a mix of experience in various roles such as sales, marketing, channel, and product and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple initiatives.
