Generation of products and services
Social Innovation (social technology projects)
Creation of strategic alliances (new business opportunities) Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
Design and implementation od the Innovation area
Cpmplete knowledege about services of the company, to develop new products
Generate strategic alliances to increase company level of competitiveness
Promote a culture of innovation, development planning, training and communication plans, promoting vision and innovation projects within the Company.
Control of the projects implementation progress.
Prospects review for activation as Projects.
Processes review, identifying improvements from the innovation system.
New technologies, trends and products research that are favorable and aligned with the strategic plan of the company.
Management of value proposals development and business cases for the investment and execution of new projects that are aligned with the business strategy.
Participation in executive committees for the promotion of new innovation initiatives.
Innovation projects management, considering design and analysis tasks.
Prioritize and give support in demand management of the different innovation initiatives. Skills & Qualifications :
