  • Funciones del cargo : This is a fixed term position, from november 2022 to july 2023. It will be working for our service office in Chile with a regional scope.
  • What will be your role : To achieve maximum sales growth and profitability in the E-commerce channel by contributing actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers.

    To encourage existing customer to shop more frequently and in larger volumes, by offering and optimizing the best shopping experience through leveraging the home furnishing competence and commercial advantage of the IKEA concept.

    Being an ambassador for the omni channel agenda.What you will be doing :

  • Act as a member of the E-commerce team and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan / output to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
  • Responsible for securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels on the Sales start date.
  • Responsible for the Online Range management (In and out phasing), including operational and strategic plans.
  • Responsible for executing sales steering initiatives oriented to maximize online sales and sales margin of the range in collaboration with Sales, Fulfilment, Mkt and HFRD.
  • Continuously follow sales, volumes - and sales margin data and coordinate with fulfilment, stores, and Sales Leaders to decide on sales steering actions and identify content needs.
  • Secure convenient digital shopping experience and prepare for commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas to the briefing process to secure product availability.
  • Contribute with insights to key stakeholders in the local markets and the global matrix on how to improve the multichannel customer experience.
  • Contribute to optimize the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work pro-actively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level.
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact for growth.What do you need for apply :
  • University degree in related to the position.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Broad knowledge on creating commercial offers and how to measure their impact.
  • Experience in creating strategic and operational goals and plans, including the follow up of KPIs.
  • Web Analytics knowledge is desired (Google Analytics suite preferred). This implies to understand the different elements of web analytics, how metrics are created, how to track those metrics over time, create reports, etc. Follow up on KPIs.
  • Desirable Experience of digital business in an Omni channel / multichannel environment.
