About the Role

Below are the main job responsibilities :

  • Management of the Awards programme from start to end to ensure that we meet our commercial and content KPIs.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Awards workflow, show working experience interacting with judges, sponsors and industry leaders in any industry prior Awards experience required!
  • Manage the team of researchers in Asia
  • Experience with the production and logistics of the Awards process is a must
  • This is a hands-on role especially during the peak award nomination period this is not just a supervisory role!
  • Work closely with and manages the Awards team responsible for various processes of the law awards, including the preparation of nomination forms, award methodology, judging packs, identifying new companies who qualify for the programme and inviting them to join the submission process, etc.
  • Conducts research to identify opportunities and new markets for the programme
  • Identifies and secures award judges and guests to the Ceremony
  • Plans a marketing plan for the Awards, manages the marketing timeline of e-mail campaigns, website, social media and other platforms.
  • Coordinates the production of events from conception to completion
  • Responsible for selection of production house and full delivery of awards with the on-site to deliver a strong event for the customers
  • As the role directly influences the sales cycle, relevance of the programme to the industry (base on categories), production and onsite experience (quality of ceremony), reach of event (marketing) amongst other factors, this role will carry commercial responsibility.
  • KPI for end of the year will include commercial success of the Awards programme.

  • Conducts pre and post event evaluation including analysis and reports for management
  • Delivers strong work ethics and great customer service throughout the process
  • Position requires travel post-COVID
  • About You

    You will be a good fit if you have the following :

  • Degree or above, strong spoken and written English skills and a preference of at least 1 other Asian language.
  • Strong research, analytical and organizational capability
  • Able to work independently, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with legal background have an advantage.
  • Candidates who have managerial experience have an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience running Award programmes and / or conferences preferred
