The Patient Experiences Lead is a strategic business partner who has the ability to understand health behaviours, environmental, social, economic and clinical factors affecting pre-defined popu-lations of patients from available secondary and primary sources of data, delivering insights to the business and contributing to develop the brand strategy with a Whole Person Approach .
Designs strategies to address identified patient population’s needs and expectations and ensures excellence in its execution.
Engages patient communities to improve the patient journey and health outcomes and partners with patient groups and organizations to address identified needs.
Maximizes the use of data and technology to propose and conduct actions to increase patient satisfaction. Drives the CPO to become a healthcare partner by going beyond the pill .
HCP or bioscience degree (physician, nurse, pharmacist, biochemistry, social worker, psychologist, etc) with at least 5 years graduated.
Spanish and English fluent (spoken and written) At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a clinical setting, close to the patients.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a medical affairs, regulatory, safety, government affairs, quality or access area, is desirable.
At least 3 years in a strategic and management role, with direct reports.
