About the job : The Driver Center is our face-to-face channel designed to not only provide the best support for our partner drivers, but also to strengthen the relationship between us.

As a Driver Center Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the general operation while coaching and developing the team to achieve our high standards on customer support.

Your responsibilities :

  • Design the best facilities for our Driver Center
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers and provide an excellent service with the prompt solving problem
  • Document compliancy and onboarding process optimization
  • Ensure healthy metrics and align with all regional team
  • Work and collaborate with all stakeholders, both city and regional teams, to accelerate the conformity of the drivers and vehicles
  • Provide all on ground operation of front end needs of Driver Advisors
  • Lead the team to hit the target of expert helpfulness
  • The succesful applicant :

  • 5+ years of work experience in a Customer Service Manager or Operations Manager role preferred
  • Work experience addressing local safety-related issues preferred
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Engage stakeholders in a cross-functinal team
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Flexible, fast learner and adaptable to changes
