The Social Opinion Leaders Graduate plays an important support role for the Marketing team's efforts to develop strategy and build consumer and influencer engagement around Brand initiatives (new product launches, usage occasion campaigns, marketing projects & programs, and consumer activations) and Sports, Culture, and Media Network. You will help bring to life national Brand influencer strategy, tools, guidelines and select execution on Brand related influencer campaign elements to drive product use, brand trust and relevance.

Build & Amplify the strategy

Creates and oversees, together with the manager, the strategy and policy for the entire business around the social opinion leader topic.

Build the national plan to authentically amplify the Brand message to maximize reach and relevance within Red Bull's target consumers.

Manage our SOL community

Works to find the right talent and workflows for working with that talent.

Builds long-term relationships with all SOLs and establishes individual, year-long plans with opportunities around shared passion points and interests.

Upkeep a social opinion leader database of all talent that the company works with.

Identify opportunities for the brand in the strategy of social opinion leaders to create National awareness of Brand initiatives and lead product consumption, brand trust and relevance within priority playgrounds in key occasions.

Be our SOL ambassador inside the company

Educates the entire company on our ways of working, tactics, and successes in the social opinion leader space. This includes holding workshops, giving individual support, and reviewing talent plans.

Oversees all tools used in the social opinion leader space – this includes researching, negotiating, educating, and ensuring the business is utilizing this marketing channel fully.

Support all areas of the business from Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise to help amplify existing marketing initiatives align with their interests.

Brainstorm new approaches to brand social opinion leader content, events and campaigns.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • University degree in Marketing / Business / Communication.
  • Strong planning and project management competencies.
  • Passionate about the Social Opinion Leader space.
  • An understanding around social media and consumers habits.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-past environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate cross-functional collaborations. Outgoing personality.
  • Creative mind paired with an entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude focusing on solutions.
  • Lives and represents the Red Bull Brand.
