POSITION SUMMARY Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets within the cluster.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute Strategic Brand Plan to impact more patients and facilitate access to main portfolio brands Develop transformative brand approaches to brand management and execute brand strategies to local market needs and define cluster priorities for the brand Ensure accuracy for sales forecasting vs.

OP and LE Owns brand budget. Allocate and execute in cluster brand(s) budget in alignment with local portfolio strategic pillars and tactics Responsible for revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting of revenue and OpEx, and ensuring the realization of profitability targets in cluster Identify new business opportunities, advance proposals and anticipate initiatives to drive TA growth and maximize brand value across the main customer groups and / or key stakeholders Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between Regional lead RTAL, Upjohn Country Lead and local cross functional brand teams for effective support an agile decision-making process Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps, opportunities, needs and maximize brand value Build / maintain long term relationship with key stakeholders, such as Medical Societies, KOLs, Institutions, MOH Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, commercial, medical, legal, regulatory, Digital, Communications to execute in order to achieve the goals of the BU Work closely with Field Force and Commercial teams, to obtain customer insights and make sure to offer the best customer experience to both patients and HCPs Provide Customer Facing Colleagues with the necessary technical expertise and other tools such as promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical data.

Select best-fitting modules from Global / Region provided content; trans-create brand materials, as needed. Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization Responsible for reporting the results to Upjohn Lead, preparing product forecasts and scenarios, and constantly monitoring distributors inventories Challenge the status quo by focusing on uncovering new and unique insights regarding patient and HCP journey to strengthen relationships with our external stakeholders ensuring a best in class experience and providing solutions to their needs.
