Purposeof the role
Responsible for running small seed production plansto ensure that Syngenta has a consistent, timely and producible supply of highquality seeds.
To ensure the successful production of criticalgenetics in the region through active technical linkage with the supply chain,farmers and suppliers.
Focuses on customers and is dedicated tomeeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.He is in charge of planning, organizing and supervising the operation to createvalue and to achieve excellence in delivery.
Collaborate across boundaries effectivelyacross organizational and functional boundaries, and take advantage ofdiversity.
Leads change and maintains ambiguity, usingeffective strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives andovercomes resistance to change.
Degree in Agronomy or related field
4 years of experience related to the position.
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of procedures, practices andterminology of the industry in general.
Knowledge of Cucurbit / Brassica seedproduction techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of PC and business software.
Strong agronomic and pest / disease managementskills
