Job Description

  • Provides cost estimates for full construction and design scopes of work and for scope gaps / changes.
  • Support on bidding process, with RFP documentation, reviewing contractor proposal compliance with client’s requirements and contract forms.
  • Processing contracts, amendments and payment applications in the system and keeping contracts aligned with the budget control.
  • Responsible for change management, preparing and chairing review meetings with clients and with the general contractor.
  • Support on the claim management, assessing claims merit
  • Support on the preparation of monthly reporting and support in assessing trends
  • Support in any contingency
  • Team :

  • Initially working alone, and later responsible for leading a team of up to 2 Professionals
  • Responsible for dividing and executing part of the load of work of the team.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum of 10 years professional experience.

    Minimum of 4 years in the same role

    Degree Bachelor s Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

    Previous experience in specific Project management & design management for Industrial Projects

    Experience in end to end service full project delivery

    Experience in being involved in Industrial Projects

    MUST be Fluent English & Spanish

    Only local candidates or foreign candidates with residency in Chile will be considered for this role
