Developing nutritional capabilities in theorganization to assure product performance in the market, aligned with currentand future needs.
Train teams on nutritional skills and knowledgeneeded to support sales.
Refine products specifications aligned with marketneeds.
The role also leads the development of macro andmicroingredients.
This role gives technical support for sales of growerand value-added products
Participates in the product design and is one ofthe decision makers to define formulation criteria for all products portfolio.
Develop nutritional knowledge and network needed tosupport new strategy / products for like SeaFood / MeatQ.
Theperson in this position actively partners to secure intellectual property and ensure compliancewith appropriate regulatory and company policies.
This position willrequire frontline communication with higher level project, technology andbusiness stakeholders, both delivering technical results and understandingbusiness and value drivers.
Ability to analyze results and use this analysis to make effectivedecisions
