The Role

Overview of the role :

As an Employee Insights Associate, you will be a key member of our consulting team. You will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results.

These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise in the business area you join.

Performance Objectives :

Clients

  • Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas, providing advisory services in areas of HR strategy, employee experience, talent management and organization development etc.
  • Engage with senior HR and business leaders, design bespoke surveys / diagnostics, analyse data and derive rich insights about clients’ workforce, culture, HR practices etc.
  • Analyse client and workforce data to develop recommendations and roadmaps for clients and present them to senior stakeholders, generating buy-in and commitment to change
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levels
  • Start developing proficiency in project management

  • Develop technical knowledge and skills in a range of HR functional areas

  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by developing solutions to client problems and supporting proposal development

  • The Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, human resources, finance, statistics, social sciences or any other relevant field
  • Relevant experience in HR, OD and Talent Management; consulting experience is an advantage
  • Project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to deal with ambiguity, learn rapidly and be responsive to evolving needs of our clients
  • Well-developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • An eye for details, analytical, meticulous, insightful with a structured thought process
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks
  • Resourceful, ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
