Job Purpose :
The Senior Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst will support LLA Central Contact Center Operations by providing consistent and standardized business reporting to support data-driven decisions.
He / she will report to Director Performance Optimization and Vendor Management. The role will have technical capability and business acumen to find opportunities using multiple systems.
This role leverages solid data visualization and data extraction techniques to guarantee evergreen business reporting at all levels of the organization.
Key Accountabilities :
Knowledge & Experience :
G Slides / Power Point with solid storytelling skills.
Working knowledge of SQL and BI platforms. Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in at least one BI Visualization tool (i.e. Tableau, Domo, Qlik, Splunk) with ability to learn additional vendor and proprietary visualizations tools.
English -Spanish bi-lingual.

Great written and verbal communicator : able to put together presentations that tell a compelling story, to have difficult conversations on reporting across multiple levels across LLA CC teams, and to be able to stand your ground or back up your recommendations with data.
highly organized : able to manage complex internal and external reporting with many different stakeholders and timelines ensuring that all parties are kept in the loop with clear notes, action items, and next steps to keep reporting on track and successful.
autonomous and able to be self-sufficient in tasks like basic data analysis and in general able to pick up new skills quickly.
Is willing to be on frequent video calls with colleagues
