Roles and Responsibilities

The position requires lots of co-ordination between various departments. Work responsibilitywould cover support in HR related activities and management.

We are looking to hire an experienced HR associate who can handle high amount of coordination between various departments.

Work responsibility would cover support in HRrelated activities and management. In this role, the role demands obtaining and recordingHR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company associates withenrolment procedures, onboarding and HR-related issues.

The bearer of this position will beresponsible for :

RECRUITMENT Sourcing top talent from top tier companies and universities in the Analytics, Technologyand Data Science space.

Generating candidate pipeline in Analytics and Technology space for various businessunits using both conventional and unconventional sourcing methodologies.

Building, managing, and cultivating a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions &ensure active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.

Always having the recruitment hat on and always open to reach out to great talent. Completion of end-to-end recruitment process.

EMPLOYER BRANDING Effectively communicating the employer brand to potential talent and forging strongpartnerships with the HR team and relevant recruiters.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will be / have :

Bachelor s degree in B&A, Psychology or related field

3-6 yrs of experience

Advanced knowledge of MS Office preferred

Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills is a must

Proactive and takes initiatives

Maintaining good rapport with the employees

Experience into recruitment and HR operations will be preferred

Excited about playing a strategy role within a growing organization

Infect peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction
