Ability to work permanently without direct supervision and with the ability to make decisions (in some cases technically complex) and quickly according to ITT standards and policies, always watching over the good of the company but applying criteria and integrity in discharging responsibilities, and with the objective of satisfying the Client efficiently.

Adaptation to different groups and field methodologies.

Specific tasks

1. Inspection and start-up of pumps supplied by ITT

  • Supervision of Installation, Commissioning and Start-up of Pumps and components (such as Motor, Variator, lubrication units, accessories and mechanical seal plans) provided by ITT, advising the customer from the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical point of view.
  • Technical support in front of technical requirements of Clients.
  • Perform metrological inspections and flow measurement, temperature, vibration when required following ITT standard and operation manual.
  • Installation and start-up report.
  • Issue field time reports, for later billing purposes.
  • 2. Inspections and diagnostics (Troubleshooting)

  • Inspection of pumps in the field, to solve the requested point, which can be Fault Diagnosis, Flow Measurements, Upgrade Evaluation, Maintenance advice.
  • Hydraulic, mechanical, electrical analyzes of pumps and pumping stations.
  • Reports of metrological measurements.
  • Technical analysis of the situation.
  • Final report
  • Issue field expense and time (HH) reports for subsequent billing purposes.
  • 3. Guarantees

  • Receive and evaluate Nonconformities.
  • Management of Guarantees between internal / external customers and factories.
  • Carry out evaluations, inspections and measurements in the field.
  • Collect data and perform analysis of the situation found / guarantees.
  • Evaluate warranty application interacting with customer and factory.
  • Prepare Warranty Reports
  • Issue reports of expenses and time (HH) of land, for billing purposes later.
  • 4. Training

  • Installation training, operation and maintenance pumps for internal and external customers.
  • Compile / prepare material Courses (electronic files, notes, diplomas, gifts, bulletins, posters).
  • 5. Generals

  • Coordinate and prepare assistance with the client.
  • Handling of documentation of operational procedures for Field Service.
  • Monitoring of services in process and open.
