The Sustainability Solutions group within ENGIE Impact is a growing team of deep experts and top-tier consultants who are translating these capabilities into solutions for our clients’ most complex challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

We are seeking a stellar Analyst talent for our Sustainability Solutions team to help support the expansion of ENGIE Impact in the Americas region and to continue to bring the highest standard of consulting services to our clients in LATAM.

As an Analyst, you are part of a multidisciplinary team and are involved in projects across different types of expertise and sector types while working with both public and private clients.

You will be mentored under the direct guidance of a Sustainability Solutions Manager or Senior Manager who will ensure that you are set up for success.

You will likely focus on a singular client project and are encouraged to actively participate in various internal initiatives.

You will play a key role in growing out and building our team’s culture as well as the ENGIE Impact brand across the Latin American region.

The role will require you to :

Participate actively to business and organization development.

Contribute to the realization of proposals.

Support content development, asset creation, and business development efforts.

Provide advisory services leveraging ENGIE Impact’s methods, digital tools, and assets to design and deliver outcome.

Develop and provide technical expertise as required.

Collect and structure data / information from various sources.

Perform ad-hoc research.

Produce convincing analyses and visualization at slide level on markets / industries, clients and competitors to gain insights.

Undertake analysis of industry, sector and company financial and sustainability information.

Conduct in person, telephonic and / or web-based research and analysis on company, theme or sector.

Build analytical models of data trends / KPI’s in excel or other analytical tools.

Synthesize information into coherent messages to include in presentations or client deliverables.

You will likely possess the following :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a preeminent university with a stellar record of academic achievement required (within top 10% of promotion required);
  • post-graduate degree in business or sustainability preferred.

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in business consulting; energy or sustainability services sectors; or substantial coursework on these topics.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills required as you will be working closely with the US team.
  • Native or Bilingual Spanish language skills required.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, leadership and people skills through past experiences in extracurricular activities and / or references provided.
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in the usage of digital tools and easiness to tackle tasks that involve coding or learning a new coding language / software.
  • Capacity to deliver high quality output while managing strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment that is fast-paced and oftentimes ambiguous.
