The Account Manager is responsible for sales within the assigned segment / territory to meet the commercial objectives (commercial quota, increase market share and map main decision-making process).
In this role, you must assume complete responsibility to achieve AOP Bookings and Revenues, as well as Customer satisfaction from Sales, Installation and Service.
For execution will be necessary to travel extensible in the territory. You must be an experienced sales professional, lead by example and ethics at the same time be able to consistently deliver results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Achieve forecasted sales goals for Mining territories while preserving acceptable profitability KPIs and avoiding undue risk.
Enhance our long-term business results and relationships within Key Mining and EPC Accounts on your territory, as well as the region when will be necessary
Navigate and engage with all different hierarchy decision makers / influencers within Key Accounts and EPC
Meet customer requirements (proactive, responsive, cost awareness, schedule conscious). Maintain and continue to develop a superior understanding of customer’s processes and needs to recommend full array of portfolio increasing share of wallet while exploring value proposition.
Manage time, activity and expenses to optimize productivity and minimize cost of doing business.
Coordinate sales activities recommend promotional and marketing efforts and manage customer’s target participants to ensure success for specific campaigns / events.
Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, marketing intelligence and information to supervisor and other company personnel as required.
Proactively feed CRM to manage pipeline, capture and report customer relationship insights.
Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and update sales / marketing materials.
Engage and leverage resources for all different supporting back office areas to deliver projects on time, within forecasted costs and superior quality.
Education & Knowledge :
BS / BA Degree (Engineering Preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish
PC literacy including MS Office, Outlook, SalesForce or other sales contact management systems.
MBA / Sales Training will be considered as a differentiator

8 years outside industrial sales experience;
Proficient user / experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
Proficient user of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Capable of providing technical seminars in Spanish / English.
