HOMER has a newly created opportunity for a QA Analyst to join our growing team! HOMER's mission is to challenge a one-size-fits-all approach to learning and put individuality at its center.
This role will be integral in improving and enhancing our HOMER product quality and user experience. This role will be based in Santiago, Chile.
Reporting into our QA Manager, the QA Analyst will be working on a variety of different platforms such as Android, iOS and web (every evolving tech stack), as well as localization testing to ensure quality for global partnerships.
At our company, QA is empowered to affect product quality at all stages of our development process. We involve QA in backlog grooming and sprint planning to provide feedback to help prevent bugs before they begin.
You Will - Create well structured test plans and test cases based on technical and business requirements - Execute test plans and perform exploratory testing on web and mobile apps - Clearly document defects and provide detailed reproduction steps, artifacts and prioritization - Perform regression testing - Participate in daily standups and provide project manager with current status of new and existing issue - Work with third party QA partners and process reports and issues for every release.
