Gerente de Canal Indirecto (Chile) Ricoh Latin America Inc Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan, Chile GuardarSolicitar Responsible for directing and overseeing the sales strategy development and execution of the Chile Distributors and the Indirect Channel structure of Chile, while also supporting the organization's primary objective of creating a unified and common approach for distributors and dealers of Chile.
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining business partner relationships, account development strategies, and lead generation / prospecting strategies.
One of the main responsibilities of this role is to achieve and maintain profitable and sustainable business partnerships that balance Ricoh Chile business interests with our distributor's or Indirect Channel dealers, often navigating through complex dynamics that will require to strategically mediate between the Direct Sales Areas and our partners to obtain the best results for the organization.
Requirements : Bachelor Degree or Equivalent. Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Indirect Channels and Sales Management. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Solid understanding of importance and effectiveness of good customer relations. Strong presentation skills and effective relationship building skills.
Must have strong organizational and utilization skills. Must possess superior negotiations skills to close deals and navigate in complex business dynamics.
Excellent consultative selling and marketing skills. Detailed understanding of Indirect Channel dynamics. Must possess high-level influential skills.
