Gerente de Canal Indirecto (Chile) Ricoh Latin America Inc Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan, Chile GuardarSolicitar Responsible for directing and overseeing the sales strategy development and execution of the Chile Distributors and the Indirect Channel structure of Chile, while also supporting the organization's primary objective of creating a unified and common approach for distributors and dealers of Chile.

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining business partner relationships, account development strategies, and lead generation / prospecting strategies.

One of the main responsibilities of this role is to achieve and maintain profitable and sustainable business partnerships that balance Ricoh Chile business interests with our distributor's or Indirect Channel dealers, often navigating through complex dynamics that will require to strategically mediate between the Direct Sales Areas and our partners to obtain the best results for the organization.

  • Attain Indirect Channel sales targets as defined in Business Plan, while working closely with Indirect Channel Commercial Director and Country Manager.
  • Develop sales strategies for indirect channel. - Work closely with Ricoh Chile Commercial Director and RLA Indirect Channel Managers to establish financial targets and to ensure maximized revenue, profit, and growth.
  • Drive Local strategic initiatives for the achievement of revenue growth, unit placement, and profitable annuities. - Support distributors total business in sales, marketing, and servicing of Ricoh products.
  • Works directly with distributor and dealers to gain a better understanding of distributor's business environment and challenges.
  • Establishes a business partner relationship built on trust and long-term commitment. - Work in the selection and development of new distributors and channels.
  • Gathers, monitors and reports on market and competitive product information. - Develops and executes a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through all applicable sales channels.
  • Analyze the sales process, team activity, track / report KPI metrics and proactively implement changes as required to meet revenue goals.
  • Seek out new clients; cultivate sales leads and continuously generate / build the sales pipeline with opportunities. - Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Represent company brand, values, and business in various conferences, tradeshows, and networking events. - Work closely with Commercial Direction to align on growth and profitability strategies and to implement plans to ensure these strategies are successful.
  • Requirements : Bachelor Degree or Equivalent. Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Indirect Channels and Sales Management. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

    Solid understanding of importance and effectiveness of good customer relations. Strong presentation skills and effective relationship building skills.

    Must have strong organizational and utilization skills. Must possess superior negotiations skills to close deals and navigate in complex business dynamics.

    Excellent consultative selling and marketing skills. Detailed understanding of Indirect Channel dynamics. Must possess high-level influential skills.
