They have expertise in Payments integration and transportation solutions. Behind the scenes is a 40 person development team designing, developing and delivering the software and services that enables success for their customers.

We require a CTO or thoroughly experienced Head of Development calibre candidate to assist in the delivery and execution of projects and customer deliverables.

There is both active customer projects and the development / delivery of new platforms for areas of business development.

Under the bonnet is a Microsoft Suite of tools and technology including SQL, Devops,.NET Core, WebSphere Administration Server ,Delphi,LinuxJava SE, JEE and Spring Frameworketc.

Your Experience : You will be a seasoned CTO or equivalent senior management professional with expertise in software development & delivery.

You will have experience of jumping into programs of work, mid & late process, identifying issues and solving problems that enable effective and efficient delivery.

All other responsibilities of CTO / Head of Development grade roles are a given - team leadership, line management, process improvements, timely delivery, recruitment etc.

Knowledge of Microsoft. NET Technology & Tools is highly beneficial - you will be contributing to estimations of delivery so understanding the tools and technology will help.
