To closely follow up all the quotations given on a regular basis.To follow up and control the regular, target and new accounts performance.
To keep the customers informed about the special local agreements such as gensets, demurrages / detention free times at time of quotations and after booking if needed.
To generate volume from own customer portfolio for telesales.To maintain updated monthly vessel profiles for all services.
It should be sent last Friday of each month and for the next three months, to General and Commercial managers.To analyze and report pricing requests and opportunities to Regional Office / Head Office.
