In this role, you will build trustedrelationships among users, including leadership, and will act as a trusted advisorand go-
to person during day to day IT support cases.
You'll do this by communicating andsharing our firm’s available IT solutions. You will also engage withconsultants and internal clients due to your sharp knowledge of their needs andshould be recognized as part of the team that is the local face of IT in theoffice and brings confidence to users through personal knowledge of processesand connections to other support groups, ensuring a consistent and seamless ITexperience in the office by following standard processes.
You will participate in Technology& Digital (T&D) pilots and projects, preparing and deliveringpresentations and trainings to small / medium groups, addressing technical andprocess needs, providing recommendations and guidance on their challenges andneeds.
Additionally, you will manage local requestsas well coordinate and deliver events in all IT-related matters, includingconnectivity, audio, video and support, starting to think about anopportunity / spike spots mapping some behaviors seeking the build of partnershipswith functional teams via ad hoc interactions to understanding colleaguesegments in the office and their required technology needs.
Overall, you'll ensure the success ofthe end to end customer journey of all office users in IT related needs andyou'll establish yourself as a trusted partner with all office end users.
You'll maintain the key success metricsassociated with IT service delivery in the office and you'll assess dailyissues that arise and assign priority based on information gathered.
Furthermore, you'll build and maintainrelationships with other support groups to solve issues and launch new ideas. You'llhave the opportunity to be a role model supporting the development of teammembers.
For this reason, you will proactivelyparticipate in Technology pilots and projects to ensure success for thebusiness and to achieve all colleagues requests are well managed, withappropriate answers delivered in a timely manner.
That's why you'll activelyparticipate in training sessions to keep up to date on new technology and havea basic understanding of the key benefits for colleagues.
Lastly, you'll be the focal point to build awareness of toolsand technology available to colleagues to support daily work, focusing inaccomplish an effort to build a network within T&D to better understandexisting solutions and processes and share colleague feedback such as activelyparticipate in office collaboration calls, capture colleague feedback (onproducts and processes) and share with the relevant T&D teams and sharinglocally developed processes / solutions with the broader IT community, includinglessons learned and stay tuned on new technologies and solutions, guidingcolleagues on the key benefits to their use cases.
