The purpose of the Head of Emailing is Develop and create a nurturing strategy for all the leads that registered or captured in Betterfly to convert them on qualified demand and be responsible for creating, manage, optimize and take the most of the nurturing and emalling channels allowing the leads that comes to Betterfly convert in qualified demand.

Accountabilities

Be responsible for development, management and optimization of all nurturing Act / serve as a Email subject matter expert for Global needs.

Reporting to Global teams and Local teams results.

Personalizate experience from global nurturing to local users and companies.

Run experiments on nurturing strategy.

Create and implement a complete Nurturing strategy across channels.

Give Local teams visibility and accountability of their results.

Scale nurturing strategy globally.

Requirements

Experience leading and designing B2B and B2C mail and nurturing strategies.

Data driven and highly proficient in data Analytics Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience.

ROI and efficiency mindset.
