Senior Analyst, Business Development (BHM923)

The new segment of Acquirers and Enablers team is responsible for growing revenue with acquirers, payment facilitators, processors and enablers.

The role of Senior Analyst based in Chile will support and contribute to the develop of new and existing acquirers, payment facilitators and processors in Chile and Paraguay.

These include : 1. Responsible for new business develop and account management for profitability opportunities for driving incremental business, product innovation, best practices, strategic thinking with acquirers, payment facilitators and Processors in Chile and Paraguay 2.

Managing relationships with acquirers, payment facilitators and Processors, delivering tangible value and with focus on growing acceptance and valued added services.

3. Providing customer solutions in order to achieving mutual goals through cross functional solutions teams, in order to prioritize and proactively meet customer’s need and challenges.

Role 1. Develop and manage relationship with acquirers, payment facilitators, enablers and processors in Chile and Paraguay 2.

Proactively identify and address acquirers, payment facilitators and processors business barriers, provide comprehensive solution including but not limited to acceptance, services and advisor services.

3. Lead ad-hoc research projects, special projects, customer resolutions 4. Establish measurement criteria, monitor and track performance for acquirer on a regular basis, and operate within a matrix environment.

5. Deliver on all the outcomes in optimal and timely manner 6. Develop and execute against an account plan.

Develop financial models and conduct analysis that supports the P&L.;

Support the development of specific studies including the budget impact with the customers.

Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with peers and management.

Position is base in Santiago, Chile. All About You

Comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for small / medium-sized accounts

Strong project management skills - extensive experience and a proven track record of managing simultaneous initiatives, resolving problems and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives successfully

Excellent presentation and proposal development skills

Experience applying financial and business modeling (e.g., P&L; projections, Cost-benefit, ROI, etc.).

Strategic thinker with a strong orientation to detail.

Self-managed and self-driven. Able to anticipate needs and execute according to them.

Ability to turn data into meaningful information and present it in a concise, professional manner for senior management review.

Experience working for or with the payments acquiring industry preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with a solid track record of developing external relationships.

English oral and written communication skills.

Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office, data mining, etc.
