Job Title : Consultor de Servicios Profesionales II

Department : Professional Services

Reports To (Title) : Manager of Professional Services

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for the review of requests for requirements of : Expert, CAS and interconnection.
  • Provide support to all business units (Chile, Peru). And support to PPSS of Argentina
  • Interact with different areas of the business with the aim of delivering a product adapted to the needs of the client.
  • Manage the automation of solutions and generate formulas to avoid the manual processes of the internal client.
  • Unit responsible for supporting second and third level providing solutions and making improvements to both internal and external customers.

    Its main activities include the automation of solutions, support for the business and management of requests for requests received through Siebel.

    Job Family Description :

    Consulting : Define the needs of customers related to the implementation of ADP products. Consult clients during the implementation of solutions and manage the transition to customer services.

    Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Review and auto assign tickets from the Siebel system.
  • Carry out follow-up of the requests in charge for its later management.
  • Generate quotes to the client according to the requested request.
  • Search and implement solutions communicating with all areas of the organization.
  • Document the solutions made to internal and external clients for their support.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Required Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 Years' experience
  • Labor legislation, Consultancy Process, Business Process Improvements, Client management.
  • Languages Knowledge :

  • Spanish
