We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels.

What You'll Do :
Contribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users in your region
Manage and execute campaigns according to to Lifecycle prioritization, plus expansion playbooks for new countries in your region
Own the QA and deployment process for your lifecycle tactics
Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution
Liaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert & retain users
Build strong relationships with Growth Marketing to collaborate on testing strategies for your customer cohort (channel, content, timing, offers)
