    Position Purpose Biscuits & Chocolates Chile Marketing Manager will be key to unlock the growth in Chile. The main idea is to design, develop and execute the strategy for short and medium term regarding communication and innovation based on consumer needs! Also will be able to lead and deliver in a stand-alone mode and inspire others, internal and external stakeholders.

    Will also be responsible for the country P&L and work together with the local sales team in order to meet revenue expectations. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Analysis and recommendations to support the administration of the business in charge and contribute to the fulfillment of the growth objectives of the Biscuits, Chocolate & Gums & Candies categories in volumes, participation and profitability.
  • Identify and maximize market opportunities by analyzing trends and consumer behavior.
  • Integrate regional brand strategies with the needs of local markets for the development and amplification of market plans.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams for the deployment of brand launches and innovations.
  • Analyze, plan and evaluate the financial indicators of the brands.
  • Work with teams with advertising agency, media and BTL.
  • Plan, manage and efficiently control the A&C (Advertising & Communication) budget of brands.
  • Lead the Chile project, to boost profitable growth in the country and define the brand strategy.
