Job Title : Supply Chain Operations Manager, Appliances &Cookware

Dual Reporting To : General Manager / Regional Supply ChainOperations Director

The purposeof this job is to lead the supply chain operations ensuring a cost-effectivesupport to the local business in the areas of demand and supply planning,inventory and product distribution management providing high service levels tocustomers, clients and consumers.

As theSupply Chain Operations Manager you will be ultimately responsible for :

Responsibilities :

Ensuring product availabilityand a timely / complete delivery to customers in order to drive salesopportunities while simultaneously balancing capital investmentrequirements.

Demand / Supply Planning & InventoryManagement - This position is accountable for using currently availableteam resources, tools and processes to identify and translate the localdemand into purchasing orders in line with inventory availability, safetystocks, lead times and replenishment needs

Distribution & Warehousing- This position is also responsible for the full set of warehousing andtransportation requirements necessary to provide a cost-effective supportto the local product distribution, service to customers, which includes reverselogistics and after sales spare parts.

This position is alsoaccountable to manage the Technical After-Sales Service support includinginternal employees as well as the external, third party technical servicecenters.

Make sure Company complies withand efficiently manage the import permitting process and all local andgovernment regulatory agencies.

Implement & manageeffective Customer Service processes.

Requirements :

University degree required

  • 7 years of relevantoperational work experience, particularly related to demand, inventory and3PL management.
  • Strong computer skillsincluding experience with MS Office; Proficiency with SAP desirable.

    Highly organized and energeticwith a keen ability to manage details.

    Must be flexible with theaptitude to prioritize work and support multiple members of thedepartment.

    Must be a team player with apositive attitude who is able to work with minimal supervision.

    Must be able to communicatewith total fluency in both Spanish and English (orally and in writing).

    Must possess a strong workethic and hands-on approach to problem solving. #LI-MF1
