Santiago de Chile, Region MetropolitanaThe Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will lead a team of inside sales representatives to aggressively prospect and drive new sales for large end users and contractors within the local area.
This position will provide tactical leadership for the group, and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The ISM will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills within the organization.
In addition, this person will make cold and warm calls when necessary for new market initiatives while becoming technically knowledgeable about all the portfolio of products.
Duties - Supervise all inside sales / sales support staff - Train and advise sales team on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly functions -
Coach on account development and sales strategies - Maintain relationships with vendors on all training schedules / customer projects / vendor visits to office -
Interact with Operations on statistics for efficiencies with sales - Interact with Business Management on expiring vendor quotes / projects going on with location -
Interact with Credit on health of customers payments status / on-going Sweeps - Work closely with Location Manager and his / her plan -
Coordinate all Webinars / corporate trainings, etc - Work closely with the Manager of Business Development and Director of Business Development and FinanceQualifications -
Candidates must demonstrate several years of sales experience with superior results, including a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, positioning value-
