The Customer Support Manager role will have two main responsibilities, first is managing client relationship and field teams.
Second is to act as businesses developer for contract / systems expansion and / or add on services opportunities.
Engineering Degree Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication.
6 years experience minimum.
Proficient in English both written and spoken desirable.
Experienced in Project Management, PMP and / or ITIL certification desirable.
Experience in Telecommunications field is a plus.
Experience in Bid & Proposal processes and projects deployment :
Experience in contact negotiations and developing long term working relationships
Experience managing large field groups (over 100 people desirable)
Experience in civil works and full telecommunication infrastructure definition, description and quoting
Some experience with Wireless Technologies (RF in general, Cellular Network Architecture, RAN, Microwave Architecture, WLANs) : Network Entities and Protocols - desirable
Some understanding of Video applications and / or IP Video Technology desirable
Some understanding of software, applications, licensing technology - desirable
