Job Summary

MonetizeMore is looking for an experienced Business Development RM to build its LATAM publisher presence. This role requires effectively communicating with publisher business owners in Spanish and showing them why they should partner with Monetizemore's solutions.

Once closed, you will work with customer success and revenue teams to expand and retain this LATAM business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Field all leads coming from Spanish speaking countries
  • Help field leads from Portuguese speaking countries
  • Organize and follow up with leads as they come in
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new publishers and partners from LATAM region
  • Bring ideas to the table for new growth opportunities
  • Work with revenue team colleagues to provide the best service and support to said publisher partners
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Portuguese speaker is an asset
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • University or college degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of Sales / customer relationship management experience
  • Experience in internet publishing or online advertising an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google DFP, Google AdX and Google Adsense
  • Exceptional communication abilities, written and verbal
