    Your Role

    Implementation and harmonization of Compensation and Benefits policies, processes tools and structures within SCA Region in alignment with Global Headquarters to provide a fair & competitive level of pay, engagement and reward to employees.

    Your Responsibilities

  • Define and implement guidelines, procedures and policies to optimize the effective and consistent management of base salary and variable in South and Central America.
  • Maintenance of Mercer methodologies and Job evaluation structure used for internal career development, compensation policy and external benchmarking.
  • Deploy the Bonus schemes, Sales Incentive Plan within the Region.
  • Maintenance of the Global and Regional International Assignment Policy. (I.A.C)
  • Assure the properly expatriate management
  • Manage and support update of Personnel Data Maintenance (PDM) and management of the Compensation & Benefit module of Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
  • Standardize Regional and National approach to benefit programs to guarantee Regional alignment, market competitiveness and best practices.
  • Steering of Salary review process, bonus calculation and approval processes
  • Support Corporate and implement the Share Matching Plan program
  • Establishment and maintenance of Employment contract for Senior Management and Key positions.
  • Implement and develop the Data Analytics
  • Compliance to all applicable legislation (tax regulations) that governs the aforementioned Compensation and Benefits programs, as well as adherence to corporate governance rules.
  • Your Skills and Experiences

  • Human resources, business administration or similar university Degree
  • Leadership experience
  • HR experience. At least 2 years
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills
  • Intermediate Portuguese skills is a plus
